Our led tube can compatible with 90% electronic ballast, you can tell us your ballast type, and we will check for you.

Installation

Operating Instructions:

1. IP54 (indoor use only);

2. Not exceeding the standard voltage;

3. To be used, lamp should be prevented static from damaging;

4. At any time, lamp couldn’t be covered by substrate or something of the kind;

5. In order to extend lamp’s lifespan, Volatile solvent such as alcohol, is prohibited to scrub the lamps;

6. We can use soft cotton with soap-suds to scrub lamps;

7. Applicable temperature/humidity: -20-40°C

8. Storage temperature/humidity: -20-60°C.

A: Yes, you can tell us package design and label design and we will produce it.

Q: Easy installation led tube

A: Our led tube can be installed easily. You don't need to change the circut of ballast and remove the starter. You just can replace the old tubes directly.

Q: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?

A: Generally 3-5 days for samples making. The leading time of mass production will depend on the quantity.

Q: How do you ensure the quality for LED tube light ballast compatible?

A: We get three QC processes:1.For raw materials; 2.During the half of production; 3.Final QC test one by one after aging 24 hours.

Q: How to do if any quality problems on our side in the warranty time?

A: First, take pictures or videos as proof and send to us. We will replace new ones for free.
