This mechanical fork type stacking equipment is the main type in the past decade. We have many working project video in our Youtube page.

We can offer two main kinds of Steel pipe bundling machine: electromagnetic block type and mechanical fork type

  • Counting and bundling: The fingers in moving chain fetch steel pipe one by one, and the chain send them to counting platform; When number of pipe reach the number we require, aligning device push those pipes end and make them one layer; Mechanical fork put the layer of pipe into bundling-basket and return for next round. This procedure keep going until one bundle reach the programmed condition.
  
  
  • Traverse moving car: Steel pipe bundle is sent to traverse moving car which convey bundle out of stacking area.
  
  
  • Strapping: Manual strapping tools are used for strapping bundle.
  
  
  • Recycling: When steel pipe bundle is reading and is moving to next section, the former sections are still working at the same time, continuous working.
  
  

 

The processing is not the same for each customer, the design will be made according to customer’s requires such as the area for bundling and belt strapping on pipe bundles, other functions such as water removing(ERW pipe production usually use water cooling after welding), bundle weighing, pipe label printing(API pipe standard) and so on. Above functions are all under cover according to user’s need.

 

The electrical control adopts PLC program control together with touch screen. This pair work synchronously to realize man-machine dialogue, which can be freely converted between manual mode and automatic mode. Operator only needs to input the number of steel pipes per layer and the number of layers of each bundle. The machine will automatically stack the whole package of steel pipes as program required.

The stacking mode between round pipe and the square pipe can be freely converted. Input specific parameters of round pipe bundle and square pipe bundle into program. After adjustment on bundle-frame, the baler will automatically stack the whole bundle of steel pipes
